The Member Services Internship role is with the Political Campaign Information Sharing and Analysis Organization (PC-ISAO). This role encompases all aspects of membership to the PC-ISAO including:
– researching and market testing services that might be valuable to members
– finalizing member services and pricing with the PC-ISAO leadership team
– communicating and marketing member services and benefits to prospective members
– provisioning new members and initiating various services
– asking members for suggested improvements
– refining services and benefits over time
